How It Works
Attendee Management must be enabled by a district or facility administrator in order to be used. Administrators can also upload attendee lists manually, edit settings, and manage the event’s tracking process with minimal effort, thanks to Facilitron’s user-friendly interface. Once activated, it becomes available only for approved reservations, ensuring that event access is monitored in a secure and controlled environment.
Once Attendee Management is enabled on an approved reservation links and QR codes generate automatically. Link options are generated for pre-event registration, same-day registration, assisted check-in, and survey submission. QR codes that match the links are also generated, which can be printed and displayed at the facility’s entrance to allow attendees to scan and register using their mobile devices. This option is ideal for high-traffic events or multi-entrance venues. After the event, administrators can view a full list of attendees, individual check-in and check-out times, and survey responses if a survey was used. This comprehensive record can support audit reporting and usage analysis, in addition to monitoring event attendance.
