With the exception of some “Book Now” facilities, facility reservation requests are subject to approval by the facility operator and remain “pending” until approved by the operator.

Yes, you can modify or cancel any request prior to approval. Modifying a reservation after it has been approved makes the request subject to another approval. Canceling an approved request is also allowed but may be subject to the facility operator’s cancellation policy.

While Facilitron facilitates the booking process, the final confirmation and management of reservations, including any cancellations, are handled by the respective school or facility. If your reservation remains unconfirmed or is canceled, please contact the facility directly for further assistance. Facilitron will also notify you of any changes and provide support as needed.
