Fort Hunter Barn Program Room 1

Restrooms are in the lobby between the two rooms and serve the entire building. As a retreat center, the facility is not accessible to conference calls. The building does have WiFi.

- Seats 150 auditorium style | Seats 80 - 100 at tables
- Indoor restrooms available
- Tables and chairs are included in rental
- Set-up and tear down are the responsibility of the renter
- If furniture is removed from the room, it must be returned to the room at the end of the function
- Furniture may not be taken outside

Current Furniture Inventory:
- 150 Black Folding Chairs
- 8 – 8 ft. x 30 in. tables (seats 8 – 10)
- 8 – 6 ft. x 30 in. tables (seat 6)
- 8 – 6 ft. rounds (seat 8)

PLEASE NOTE: When you submit your request, you will only be charged for the Deposit Fee. Once your request has been approved, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount due based on the type of event. Rates are listed below:
