The building includes a kitchen and an attached outdoor plaza and open green space. You can reserve only Bennett Hall, or add the other areas to your reservation when you check out.
The fees for your reservation will range from $25 to $40 for the first hour, $15 to $30 for each additional hour with a maximum fee of $100 to $190 and a $100 refundable deposit. The exact fees will be calculated at checkout.
