Base fee* includes use of stage, auditorium, lobby (including restrooms), two large dressing rooms, house lights, stage lighting, and basic sound.  An events supervisor will be on duty.  Additional staff may be deemed necessary at an additional charge.  If a security guard is deemed necessary, the user will pay that person directly.
