Wagon Wheel - Picnic Area 1

**Wagon Wheel sites are not included in the City's current fee schedule. Fees will be added with the approval of the City's next annual update of its Fee Schedule. A Security Deposit of $50 is required for reservation.**

Rules & Regulations:
The person to whom this permit is issued shall be responsible for the general conduct of this group and for any damages in connection with this Reservation Form.
1. Abide by all City and State Laws.
2. The City of Oxnard is not responsible for accidents that may occur at the park picnic area.
3. No one is permitted to charge admission, sell, solicit, or conduct any business in park picnic area.
4. No Alcohol Allowed. If alcohol is discovered the security deposit will be forfeited. (City Ordinance 7-125 A)
5. Amplified sound (PA Systems/DJs/Speakers) is not allowed in City parks. (City Ordinance 16-476). Groups must not exceed a moderate noise level (City Ordinance 19-60.12)
6. Reservation time is 8:00 a.m. to dusk.
7. Vehicles are prohibited from driving or parking on Park turf or sidewalks (City Ordinance 8-25(A).
8. All trash must be put in trash receptacles.
9. Jolly Jumps are not permitted at this location.
10. Reservation can be rescheduled within a month of original reservation date (for reasons beyond our control).

The undersigned responsible party understands and agrees to abide by the City of Oxnard's Rules and Regulations. Non-compliance with the City of Oxnard's Rules and Regulations or providing false information may cause forfeiture of Security/Cleaning Deposit. Payment must be received per specifications above or your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
