Analysis to determine if adequate facilities/capacity are in place for a proposed plat (e.g. single-family residential) or site (e.g. multi-family residential). If adequate facilities/capacity exist, a reservation for the capacity is made and a Certificate of School Concurrency will be issued so the project can proceed through the development process. If adequate facilities/capacity does not exist, a Certificate of School Concurrency will not be issued, and the project cannot proceed through the development process until: 1.) The applicant waits for adequate facilities/capacity to be available or 2.) The applicant agrees to enter into a Proportionate Share Development Mitigation Agreement with the Hillsborough County School District and applicable jurisdiction. NOTE: There is a separate fee if the applicant wants to enter into a Proportionate Share Development Mitigation Agreement.
