The Club at Riverstone - Live Oak Ballroom is an excellent space for resident birthday parties, baby showers, family dinners, and small receptions. (Seated Capacity: 84 people / Standing Capacity: 100-115 people)
The Live Oak Ballroom is located on the first floor and has spectacular views of a beautiful lake through walls of windows. It can be used as one large room, or divided into three smaller rooms. There is a catering kitchen and back patio available at no extra charge. Equipment located in the Live Oak Ballroom includes a refrigerator, a microwave, a hot warming cabinet, an ice maker, and basic audio/visual equipment The space is available seven days a week to Riverstone residents only.
All rentals include tables, chairs, general setup, and the basic cleaning fee. The Association does not guarantee that equipment will be available for every event at The Club at Riverstone - Live Oak Ballroom. No refunds will be provided if equipment is unavailable for use.
