Please note a strict policy regarding facility supplies:
• Space Only: Your rental fee covers access to the physical room and standard furniture only.
• No Consumables Provided: Dry-erase markers, pens, paper, flipcharts, and other office supplies onsite are strictly reserved for internal staff use and are not included with your rental.
• BYO Requirement: You must bring all necessary presentation and meeting materials.
Please inform your presenters and attendees prior to arrival. Any consumption, damage, or removal of facility stock will incur a replacement fee.
Please note that the Milpitas Performing Arts Center will not
be available to rent until 2027.
The Milpitas Unified staff are not responsible in providing facility tours for community users. If you wish to get an understanding of the spaces you want to rent, please go to the specific facilities details page for respective photos, capacity, and other relevant information.
