In an abundance of caution and to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus Columbus City Schools announced: school-related and district-sponsored events are canceled through APRIL 3 (as of 3/13). This is effective immediately and includes concerts, plays, school dances, competitions, PTA and booster club meetings. CCS will also cancel and restrict the use of our school buildings by outside organizations and entities. As a result, your organization's facility use through April 3 will be cancelled. Fees paid will be applied to your account balance or contact Facilitron Support for more information 1-800-272-2962 ext 1. Please inform your program participants of the update. Thank you for your understanding. Submit requests no later than four (4) weeks in advance online. Requests must be pre-approved by the building administrator at least three weeks (3) weeks prior to the planned use of the building. Payment and insurance must be received at least two (2) weeks prior to the planned use of the building.
