Broward County Public Schools
Please note for non-profit rates, reservation fees will be adjusted once the appropriate documents have been uploaded and the school has reviewed the reservation.

A friendly reminder, effective February 21st. 2024 Board Policy 8020 (Formally Known as Policy 1341) has gone into effect for public facility usage at Broward County Public Schools.

All facility rentals require payment and insurance in advance. Please note that for all facility rentals and services, there are minimum required hours, and payment and insurance must be submitted no fewer than seven (7) days prior to your event start date. If you are registering as a non-profit to obtain non-profit rates, your non-profit documentation for your organization must be uploaded to the “Documents” section on your reservation details page. Reservations that are missing payment and/or insurance are subject to suspension. If you are a third-party vendor participating in an event conducted by a School-Allied Group, please refer to the new board policy for additional required coverage. Sample COI

Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and PayPal. You can conveniently upload proof of insurance directly through Facilitron. If you have a multi-date reservation, you may submit partial payment in any amount; as long as your next date is paid in full by the 7-day mark, your reservation/application will be considered complete.
