No last-minute reservation dates will be added onto existing permits (i.e. all requested dates must be at least 10 days out from the time of the request). Any violations of misrepresenting the number of attendees, exceeding permitted hours, coming early before approved permit hours, and/or being on the campus without an approved permit will result in the renter being given a warning. Upon the 3rd warning, the permit will be revoked. Vandalism, fighting, drugs and/or alcohol will result in permits being permanently revoked.
