San Antonio ISD continues to actively monitor the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation in conjunction with local and federal health authorities.
All INDOOR facility usage is suspended at this time.
OUTDOOR facility usage requests are being accepted. All outdoor activities are required to follow COVID restrictions of social distancing (non family groups must seat at least 6 feet apart), masks will be required from all participants when interacting within 6 feet. All events will have to use contact tracing to allow for notification in the case of a positive COVID exposure.
Facility use requests must be submitted 21 days in advance per district policy.

Entries will default to the highest rate group. The district will review fees and assign a rate category following submission per policy.
All HVAC overrides, requests for custodial and security services for ALL non-school business hour events must be submitted via the Facilitron system by entering the event reservation. For reference, here is the SAISD Operating Schedule for HVAC.
