All CCS buildings will be closed from April 3 through April 7. If you have an approved reservation during this time, please contact the school in advance to obtain the appropriate contact information for your event day. Facility use is still allowed; however, a custodian will be present to provide access and monitor the building on days they are not regularly scheduled.

Renters must have the current permit with them on site for every reservation. Effective immediately if you do not have your permit you will not be able to use the facility.

ALL reservations must be made at least 4 weeks in advance

All technology, Audio/Visual, Special Lighting, etc. belonging to the venue is not available for use. Renters must provide their own technology and A/V equipment.

CCS football stadium fields are unavailable for use. CCS Tracks are available for use. Renters are more than welcome to rent the practice fields.

Seating (chairs and/or tables) is limited to availability at the venue. If additional seating is needed, the renter must provide.

ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME ON ANY COLUMBUS CITY SCHOOL PROPERTY
