-All requests must be submitted no less than 3 weeks in advance.
-All requests that have fees associated with them will require a 25% payment at the time of the reservation request submission.
-Event requests will NOT be approved until a 25% payment IS received. This includes payments made by mail. All requests must have a 25% payment to hold the reservation.
-Valid insurance and any balances due must be paid no less than 14 days prior to the event or the event is subject to cancellation.
-Non-Profit Organizations are required to provide a copy of their IRS 501(c)/501(c)3 Letter of Determination to be eligible to receive Non-Profit Rates.
