SITE-WIDE UPDATES

WHAT’S NEW
  • Setup Instructions: Setup Instructions for each time slot of a reservation can now be entered as plain text on the reservation details page. Setup Instructions is a collapsable section (under Pre-Approvers). Setup Instructions can also be entered by the renter when placing a reservation – the old instructions field on the confirmation page now populates all event days with the same setup instructions (it used to be a comment). The instructions are also shown on the calendar agenda view in the Services column.
IMPROVEMENTS
  • Calendar Remembers 4 Week or Month View: When you access the calendar from the same computer and browser, it remembers your last calendar view – the 4 Week view or Month view.

RENTER SIDE

WHAT’S NEW
  • Request Cancellation: Renters and renter organizations can now request cancellation of approved events using a new Request Cancellation button found on the reservations details page. If the request is made and meets the cancellation policy requirement of the facility owner, the reservation will be cancelled and refunds (if necessary) are issued. If the cancellation request comes after the cancellation deadline, the facility owner organization must authorize the cancellation and any refund.
  • Request Changes: Renters and renter organizations can now request changes on a reservation by using a new Request Changes button. Renters can type in the description of the changes desired and submit.

FACILITY OWNER SIDE

WHAT’S NEW
  • Pre-Approver Contact Info: Pre-Approver contact info is now displayed in the reservation details page
  • Social Media Cards: Added social media cards so that when a facility owner home page is shared on social media, an appropriate image thumbnail is used as the preview card.
IMPROVEMENTS
  • District Dashboard Calendar Improvement: If just ONE location is selected in the organizations dropdown, the facilities dropdown will show individual facilities of that location - which then allows the district to look at the calendars of individual facilities at specific locations (such as individual classrooms or conference rooms). If TWO locations or more are selected, facility types are displayed in the dropdown.
