MiraCosta College Vehicles are for District use ONLY. Vehicles can only be driven by approved drivers.
Facilities Office Hours are: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm). Pick-up keys in building OC T-600. We recommend for keys to be picked up the day before your reservation.
Please return vehicles in lot 4C and return keys to building OC T-600 immediately after vehicle return. If returning keys after hours, please drop them in key box outside warehouse/facilities gate in Parking Lot 4C. Please remove ALL personal items, trash, and equipment from vehicles before returning the vehicle. Facilities is not responsible for any lost or missing items left behind in vehicles.
If lost items are found, the items are turned into College Police.
Roadside Assistant Cards are located in the glove compartment in a black book. These can be used for gas or roadside repairs if needed. Each card is assigned to a vehicle, so please do not remove them. All receipts must be turned into facilities when returning your keys. Do not remove gate openers from vehicles.
Toll Roads/Express Lanes: Drivers are required to pay for the fees and penalties (if any). Facilities is NOT responsible for toll road/express lane charges.
If there are any issues with your vehicle, please enter a Vehicle Repair ticket in the Helpdesk portal.
If you no longer need your reservation, please let us know immediately. We have a high demand for vehicles, so it is important to cancel reservations that are no longer needed to open that vehicle up for someone else.
