Lake Washington School District
The District school year runs from September through August, and rates are updated annually at the start of each new school year in September. If reservations are entered before the new school year begins, the rates are retroactively adjusted to reflect the updated pricing for that school year.
Lake Washington School District (LWSD) is located between Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains. The district is east of Seattle and covers 76 square miles. LWSD is the public school district for the cities of Kirkland, Redmond and about half of Sammamish. On the north end of the district, some Bothell and Woodinville residents also attend our schools.
