ALL WEEKEND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, OR THE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT IS NOT INCLUDED IN FACILITY RENTALS, INCLUDING PA SYSTEM.
