J. B. Martin Middle School is located on South Street in Paradis and services the west bank areas of Paradis, Des Allemands (Bayou Gauche), Boutte, and Luling (Mimosa/Willowdale). The enrollment in grades 6th, 7th and 8th average 830 students each year. The average daily attendance is 95% and the classroom student/teacher ratio is approximately 25 to 1.
