Facility Rental Guidelines
All rental payments must be submitted directly through Facilitron. Renters are not permitted to pay custodians, campus staff, or district personnel directly for any rental-related services.
Additionally, renters should not visit campuses or facilities to make arrangements with staff. All questions, requests, and reservation arrangements must be handled through the Facilitron platform or Facilitron support.
