FOOTBALL FIELD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Smoking is not permitted on school property at any time.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on school property at any time.
All information concerning this application must be furnished within ten days of the actual event.
A school system employee MAY be required at each opening.
The fee for the school system employee is calculated at hourly rate X 1.5 X .0765 for benefits. A minimum of two hours will be paid to the school system employee assigned to any event.
A school administrator MAY be required at each opening.
Proof of Liability Insurance MUST be provided at least five (5) business days prior to the event in order for the facility to be used. Wayne County Schools must be added as an additional insured with respects to the activity described above under "type of event". Insurance can be obtained through the TULIP (Tenant User Liability Insurance Program), if needed.
