About this facility
Description
Intimate proscenium theater with a rounded apron and two curved stage extensions. 161 built in fold-down wooden seats. Small backstage areas. Two very small dressing rooms.
Lighting/sound booth includes primarily equipment that is owned by Lompoc High School’s Drama Club (Drama Productions). Proposed use of that equipment must go through the current LHS Drama teacher.
Projection screen (with an electronic drop) is mounted upstage.
Note: There is no projector available in the Little Theater.
Small lobby includes a U-shaped table for displays or refreshment sales. One women’s and one men’s restroom are accessible through the lobby.
This space is used daily as a classroom for the LHS theater classes. Requests for rentals for productions must include specific requests (Lighting/sound needed? Dressing rooms needed? Projection Screen needed? Etc. Often the current activities of the LHS Drama program will render those spaces or equipment unavailable due to a current production.)
