Availability at Round Rock ISD is now open through Summer 2026! Please note that priority will be given to PTA and other district-affiliated groups; requests submitted by these groups will be reviewed and approved first.
All requests must be approved by Round Rock Independent School District and all payment and insurance requirements (if any) must be satisfied before authorization to use facilities is granted. Reservation requests for dates that the district is closed may be declined at Round Rock ISD's discretion.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – FACILITY RENTALS UPDATES FOR 2026–2027
RRISD is currently reviewing and updating the Facility Rentals Usage Rules
and Guidelines for the 2026–2027 school year. Beginning Sept 2026,
organizations and community users may notice adjustments to rental pricing,
procedures, scheduling protocols, documentation requirements, and facility
usage expectations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we
work to improve our processes and ensure consistent support for all
facility users. Changes and updates will be posted to this webpage as they
are finalized. We encourage all organizations planning future reservations
to review the updated information prior to submitting requests for the
2026–2027 school year.
