Columbus City Schools
Columbus City Schools, including the Building Use office, will be closed the week of Thanksgiving from Monday, November 24 through Friday, November 28.
Any reservations created between Friday, November 21 and Sunday, November 30 will not be reviewed or approved until the week of December 1 at the earliest. Please submit your reservations as soon as possible
Additionally, Columbus City School locations (including administrators) will not be available to approve reservations during Winter Break, which begins Saturday, December 20 and continues through Sunday, January 4.
Please ensure all reservation requests are submitted with sufficient advance time for school approval prior to the break.
CCS Facilitron Administrator
Renters must have the current permit with them on site for every reservation. Effective immediately if you do not have your permit you will not be able to use the facility.
ALL reservations must be made at least 4 weeks in advance
Fees paid will be applied to your organization’s account balance. Contact Facilitron Support at (800) 272-2962 Ext 1 or support@facilitron.com for additional information about your account.

CCS Building Use Information and Pricing Guide
All technology, Audio/Visual, Special Lighting, etc. belonging to the venue is not available for use. Renters must provide their own technology and A/V equipment.
CCS football stadium fields are unavailable for use. CCS Tracks are available for use. Renters are more than welcome to rent the practice fields.
Seating (chairs and/or tables) is limited to availability at the venue. If additional seating is needed, the renter must provide.
ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME ON ANY COLUMBUS CITY SCHOOL PROPERTY
A Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement will be required for facility usage Link Here
